During this stage, we will focus on your need for Digital Innovation and align solutions and Transformation Technologies to address those needs. We will be closely working with you in creating a clearer vision for the changes we aim to make together.

The ENGAGE stage marks the jet plane’s takeoff. Here we guide you through the initial stages before we gradually go into full flight. We implement our flight plan and make sure everything runs smoothly, checking in on the factors that may affect the performance of the aircraft before, during, and after the flight.

Before a flight, the pilot and the cabin crew would have a routine-check for key requirements and items needed for take-off, such as safety equipment, inventories, and making sure all on-board have their passports – our team of Professionals will check and monitor key items before we take off to begin your Digital Transformation Journey.

The vision for your desired application and steps towards Digital Automation will further be refined during this stage. Understanding business requirements and solution design will be our key focus; fundamental project strategies are likewise established.

During ENABLE, the jet plane goes into full flight, cruising the horizons. We are in the pilot seat with you. As co-pilots, we make sure things run well, and will be there to guide you through any turbulence and difficulty we might encounter in-flight.

Our group of experienced Technical and Functional consultants will be all hands-on deck as we collaborate with your team and turn your vision into a working application.

Application development, rigorous testing, and deployment to production all happen in this stage. The development follows an approach you are most comfortable with – waterfall or iterative. Checkpoints with users and stakeholders are done regularly to ensure features being implemented are always of value. By the end of this stage, the new solution shall be ready for “business as usual” operations allowing for early realization of benefits.

The Enable stage ends when the jet plane begins to descend and approaches landing.

In this stage, we’re at the point closest to landing. We are beginning to see our goal destination in the near distance. As your co-pilot, we will begin to remind passengers (your customers) about any protocols and off-loading matters, before officially off-board as we descend to lower altitudes.

Working with you from the back-end of the helm, you will have us as co-pilots who will be your guide – experts focusing on supporting passengers, ensuring issues are resolved in-flight, before officially landing.

This guarantees that our work won't end at application building alone. We will be hands-on as we launch, and even after the launch, preparing you to manage and operate the crafted solutions and making sure it runs swiftly.

We have reached our goal destination and are preparing to embark on our next journey. We will decide on our next destination together, taking into consideration all that we have learned in this recent journey.
